On September 24 the seminar on first medical aid during the emergency situation was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).The meeting was attended by the ASOIU's chiefs of the Civil Defense service and the members of the commission on emergency situations.
 After making a speech on topic, ASOIU's chief of civil defense headquarters Elshan Mammadov the trainings were conducted according to the plan of event.
