Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) Professor Mustafa Babanli met on July 13 with Tarlan Gasimov, Chairperson of Azerbaijani Diaspora in Arkhangelsk oblast.

The offer letter of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov regarding cooperation was discussed at the meeting. Cooperation directions between ASOIU and the newly established university were highlighted, and the sides held talks on the joint preparation of specialists in the oil and gas field, student and teacher exchange, organization of joint trainings and other topics.

Rector of ASOIU Professor Mustafa Babanli highly appreciated the cooperation offer and noted the significance of conducting works in this direction. At the end of the meeting, the guests presented to Rector, Professor M. Babanli a memory gift.
