On October 26, the International Scientific-Practical Conference titled 'Energy Locomotives of the Turkic World,' dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Türkiye, concluded at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) in conjunction with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA).

Throughout the two-day international conference, plenary sessions covered topics including 'Research on the Compression Deformation of Parts Made of Thermoset Materials,' 'Recovered Energy Sources and Hydrogen Energy in Energy Systems,' 'Research on Industrial Insulations Based on Industrial Waste Polystyrene,' and other subjects.

In total, 75 articles were presented in six sections from various countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation, and others. These sections encompassed Energy Technologies, Development and exploitation of oil and gas fields (drilling), transportation and storage of oil and gas, Modern problems of chemistry and chemical engineering, The founders of the energy policy for Azerbaijan and Türkiye, Materials science: Energy circuits and machines, Tribology, and Hydrogen extraction.

Moreover, the 'Association of Energy Universities of Turkic World States,' established during the conference, aims to enhance collaboration among universities and research centers active in the oil and gas industry of Turkic states and will contribute to ensuring cooperation in the energy sector, particularly in transitioning to green energy.
