On November 28, a seminar on the topic "Integrated Management System (IMS): Path to the Sustainable Development of Business" was conducted at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) by experts from NORM OJSC.

During the seminar, Afat Bayramova, an Integrated Management System specialist, provided detailed information to the participants about the company. In her presentation on the topic of "Integrated Management System (IMS): Path to the Sustainable Development of Business," A. Bayramova discussed NORM's IMS, the principles and requirements of ISO 9001/45001/14001 standards, as well as the audit process and principles.

The session concluded with the answering of questions from the students who attended the seminar.
