The lecture class, initiated by Professor Fariz Amirli, the head of the "Organic Substances and Technology of High-Molecular Compounds" department at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), was conducted at a production facility. Professor Vugar Mikayilov, Associate Professors Zaur Agamaliyev and Ziyarat Pashayeva, instructor Tarana Agayeva, and other colleagues held a lecture class on the subject of "Technology of Milk and Dairy Products" for students studying in the field of "Food Engineering" at the "Dr. Milk" dairy plant.

Initially, the students were provided with instructions on sanitary and safety regulations. Subsequently, the students observed the process of product preparation in the production facility, gaining practical insights into their theoretical knowledge.

At the end of the session, the students were presented with gifts from the facility.
