On December 7, a working meeting was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) with representatives from Haliç University in Türkiye.
The meeting was attended by ASOIU's Deputy Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Ulviyya Abbasova, Haliç University's Erasmus and Exchange Programs Coordinator, Lale Çobanoğlu, Chief Secretary Burak Başkan, Director of International Marketing Seda Sevinçler, and colleagues from the International Cooperation Department.
During the meeting, the guests were provided with information about the teaching process, specialties, scientific research activities, the material-technical base of the university, international projects, and collaboration at ASOIU.
Representatives from Haliç University expressed satisfaction with their visit to ASOIU and provided detailed information about their institution, ongoing projects, collaboration initiatives, student exchange, and the Erasmus program. The meeting also included discussions on potential areas for collaboration, the implementation of Erasmus projects, and potential activities related to student exchange in the fields of renewable energy, food, and the oil industry. The necessity of signing a collaboration agreement for the further strengthening and development of cooperation in the mentioned directions was emphasized during the meeting.
