Important aspects such as eliminating ecological problems, creating reserves of energy and water, evaluating and utilizing tourism potential, and implementing fundamental-applied projects are also considered as priority directions.
It should be noted that the implementation of the project is planned for a period of 2 years. The Science Development Foundation announced the "Karabakh is Azerbaijan-2!" targeted grant competition for the year 2023 in March. Project proposals were accepted for participation in the competition from March 7 to April 28, 2023.
