On December 15, specialist from the Turan Drilling and Engineering company conducted training for students at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University on the topic of "Organisational learning barriers to double loop learning."

The training session attended by Tomislav Klenkar, the Operations Manager of Turan Drilling and Engineering, Yana Rassolko, the Training and Development Team Leader, and Leyla Gojayeva, the Training and Development Administrator, as well as employees of ASOIU and students, participated in the training. Tomislav Klenkar delivered a comprehensive presentation on the topic of "Organisational learning barriers to double loop learning". The training continued with a discussion actively participated in by the students.

At the end of the session, the specialists answered the students' questions.
