On March 6, within the framework of the "3S" project of the Economics and Management Faculty (EMF) of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), a training session was held on the topic "How Limitations Drive Innovation?".

During the event, Elviz Ismayilov, the Director of the Digital Development and Innovations Center, discussed the ability of limitations to stimulate creativity, promote innovative solutions, as well as the ways in which focus and prioritization can direct people's goals. E.Ismayilov shared his experience, addressing the formation of startup projects and the incubation process, while also answering participants' questions and providing information about some internet resources necessary for the development of soft skills for students.
