At the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), a course aimed at enhancing the professionalism of teachers in the directions of "Pedagogy" and "Psychology" was organized. This course was conducted by Professor Ayyub Karimov, who teaches in the "Pedagogy" and "Psychology" disciplines.

The course's curriculum covered topics such as the functions and requirements of a high school teacher, pedagogical skills of teachers, methods of self-improvement for teachers, the importance of establishing proper teacher-student relationships, character and voluntary regulation of activities, the psychology of communication, group dynamics, its organization, and related subjects.
