Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University Professor Mustafa Babanli took part in the next round of General Assembly meeting of Turkey and Azerbaijan Businessmen and Investors Social Union (TUIB) held in Baku.
Speaking at the meeting, Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli informed the attendees about ASOIU's education process. Rector M. Babanli said 11.000 students currently study at ASOIU and talked about the projects realized in the university, including daily internship programs, IT Academies and “eazi START” Startup and Innovation Center. Saying several projects of the students of the ASOIU startup school are ready for production, Rector M. Babanli emphasized the significance of investments for the realization of youth's ideas. He invited the participating businessmen to the university in order to get acquainted with the projects of young startupers.
At the meeting, businessmen representing Turkey and Azerbaijan discussed the issue of increasing the investments in both countries. They noted the favorable work environment both in Turkey and Azerbaijan, stressing that it is necessary to strengthen the activities carried out in this direction.
