On April 24, certificates were awarded to ASOIU teachers who had led the "Fulbright" program implemented in collaboration with the United States Embassy in Azerbaijan.

The event was attended by Salman Haji, Cultural Affairs Officer of the U.S Embassy, in Azerbaijan, Sabina Abdullayeva, Program Coordinator for English Language, and Tiffany Tilman, instructor of the "Fulbright program," as well as other attendees. 

It is worth noting that, as part of the "Fulbright" program, an American instructor, Tiffany Tillman, conducted seminars in three areas over a two-month period. In the event, 29 participants who attended seminars on "Effective Teaching Methodologies for Young Teachers in English", "Academic Writing", and "Utilizing English in Research", were awarded certificates.
