On April 26, a ceremony was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University (ASOIU) for the signing of a Cooperation Memorandum between ASOIU and Egypt's Delta University for Science and Technology.

During the meeting, the Acting Rector of ASOIU, Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov, welcomed the guests at the university within the framework of the international scientific conference on "Modern Problems of Macromolecular Compound Technology," expressing confidence that the memorandum to be signed with Delta University for Science and Technology of Egypt would not only contribute significantly to both universities but also enhance educational relations between the two countries.

The President of Delta University for Science and Technology, Professor Yehia Elmashad, provided detailed information about the prestigious educational institution he represented to the participants of the event. He noted the various collaboration opportunities available and emphasized the opening of new avenues for cooperation in the future.

Subsequently, the Cooperation Memorandum was signed between the parties.

Additionally, during the event, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed between Delta University for Science and Technology and Asia Pacific University of Malaysia.

Gifts were presented at the end of the ceremony as tokens of remembrance.
