ASOIU student’s book presented to readers

The presentation of a book entitled “The butterfly’s diary” by Turan Mutallimov, a third-year student at SABAH groups, was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) on October 6. ASOIU Vice-Rector for academic affairs Associate Professor Gasim Mammadov, Vice-Rector for general affairs Fariz Mustafayev, head of “Engineering and Computer Graphics” Department Professor Ibrahim Habibov, as well as academic staff members and students took part in the presentation ceremony, held at the reading hall of the university.

Opening the event, head of “Engineering and Computer Graphics” Department Professor Ibrahim Habibov said many events and conferences had so far been held at the reading hall, but it was the first time that they came together for the book presentation of a university student. Prof I. Habibov said in addition to successfully studying his major at the university, the young writer has great fantasy and skills to write and create. He then shared his thoughts about the book.

Later, the attendees spoke about the talent, creativity and great fantasy of the young writer. They noted the philosophical and moral significance of the book. Professors and teachers expressed their belief that “The butterfly’s diary” will attract a large audience of readers, stressing that they will be looking forward to seeing new books of the young writer. At the end of the event, the attendees expressed their heartfelt words to T. Mutallimov and wished him plenty of achievements in creativity.
