At the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), the admission process for PhD and Doctor of Science programs for the 2024-2025 academic year is ongoing.

A total of 387 candidates have registered to pursue degrees, with 4 applying for the Doctor of Science program and 383 for the PhD program.

From September 2nd to 4th, 239 candidates were allowed to take the philosophy exam, with 182 successfully passing and qualifying to participate in the specialty exams held on September 9th, 10th, and 11th. Overall, 182 candidates from various faculties took part in the specialty exams, which concluded on September 11th.
