On December 6, the staff of the Science and Education Analytical Center of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) held a meeting with doctoral and dissertation students.

The session, titled “Methodology for Researching Scientific Papers in International Abstracting and Indexing Databases,” discussed the current state of metrics such as the H-index in “Web of Science” and “Scopus.” Suggestions were also made on improving international ranking metrics for scientific publications.
