During his visit to the Republic of Türkiye, Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov, Acting Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), met with Professor Dr. Hasan Ali Karasar, Rector of Cappadocia University.

The meeting focused on fostering collaborative relations between the two universities. Discussions covered conducting joint scientific research, implementing innovative projects in priority areas for both institutions, student and faculty exchange programs, engaging visiting professors, and other key topics.

As a legal foundation for their cooperation, a memorandum of cooperation was signed at the conclusion of the meeting.
