On December 18, the Career Center at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) organized an interview skills training session aimed at enhancing students' interview abilities and boosting their self-confidence.

The session featured individual mock interviews lasting 15-20 minutes for each participant, during which students actively engaged and received valuable feedback. This initiative provided students with opportunities to improve their communication skills, refine interview techniques, and better prepare for future career opportunities.
