Starting January 15, a book exhibition dedicated to the heroic sons of Azerbaijan who sacrificed their lives for the country's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity was organized at the AzII e-Book House and its affiliated Open Library at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

The exhibition features books, chronicles, photographs, journals, periodicals, and other materials reflecting the January 20 tragedy as a blood-written chapter in Azerbaijan's history, the first pinnacle of the country's independence path, and the awakening of its national spirit and aspiration for freedom. In total, 88 exhibits are on display.

Highlighted works include Sevinc Ədalətqızı’s "Rahimə Vətən Ağlar", "Yanvardan Sonra Çalınan “Vağzalı”", "Yanvar Təlatümü", "Qanlı Yanvardan Şanlı Qələbəyə", "Şəhid Rejissor Azər Nəsiboğlu", and "20 Yanvar Qan Yaddaşımız"; Səriyyə Müslümqızı’s "Qar Üstündə Qar Yağırdı"; Sabir Əhmədli’s "Yanvar Hekayələri"; Qulu Kəngərli’s "Qara Yanvar Şəhidləri"; and Çapay Sultanov’s "İmperatorluğun Son Darbəsi: Bakı, 20 Yanvar 1990". Other notable titles include "ADNA-nın Yanvar Şəhidləri", "20 Yanvar Şəhidləri", and "20 Yanvar: Tariximizin Qanlı və Şanlı Səhifəsi".

The exhibition will remain open until the end of January.
