A scientific and practical conference on “Current problems of fighting against emergencies” with the participation of cadets and students of universities was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on November 28.

Cadets and students of various universities made reports at the conference. Nabi Bayramov, a second-year graduate student at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), delivered a report on “Selecting an effective adsorbent for containment of oil and oil products spilled into water basins”.

At the end of the conference, ASOIU student N. Bayramov was awarded an honorary certificate for his presentation.
