“Open microphone” was organized at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) on December 9. The event was attended by ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, academic staff members and students of the university.

Greeting the participants, Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli provided information on the recently implemented reforms at the university. Speaking about the activities carried out to raise the quality of training, Rector M. Babanli informed the students about the preparation for winter examination session and examination rules.

Saying that certain work is underway to invite local and foreign professors to the university, Rector M. Babanli underlined that these steps will be continued in the future as well.

Rector, Professor M. Babanli informed the participants about achievements in academic papers, international relations of the university, exchange programs with foreign universities, projects of the “eazi START” Startup and Innovation Center, modernization of the library, daily internship program, preparation for the Alumni Career Exhibition and other issues.

In conclusion, students received answers to their questions.
