On February 19 Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) held an Information Day on SOCAR’s Study Support Program. Vasif Jafarov and Nazrin Afandiyeva, staff members of the Training and Development Office of SOCAR’s Human Resources Department, took part in the event.

Speaking about the essentiality of the program, Vasif Jafarov provided students with widespread information on selection criteria, application requirements, and following stages. Jafarov stressed that the program will much stimulate students to continue their studies successfully, adding that 1988 students have been granted this scholarship from 2004 to date.

Students then received answers to their questions.
