On February 23 Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli met with fourth-year students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and SABAH groups and their academic supervisors.

ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli said the purpose of holding the meeting with final-year students is to discuss the course of the 14-week-long practical internship implemented for the first time from the current academic year, and the status of diploma theses.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Gasim Mammadov provided lecturers and students with general information on the practical internship.

Then, Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli informed students about students’ thesis preparations, admission to Master’s degrees, scholarship programs, etc. Rector Babanli said the work is underway to provide students with jobs. He advised them to visit the Alumni-Career Exhibition organized by the university.  

In the end, students received answers to their questions.
