On March 14 Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) will host “Donor Day” campaign at the health center and the entrance hall of the university.

Collected blood will be checked and used for thalassemia patients.

Notably, currently, over 2000 people in Azerbaijan suffer from thalassemia and other genetic blood disorders. Their life depends on mass blood donation campaigns. For this very purpose, the country regularly holds mass blood donation campaigns organized by Azerbaijan Thalassemia Federation.
