On March 16 Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli met with professors, lecturers and staff members at the faculties and departments of the university on the occasion of the Novruz holiday. Rector Babanli congratulated the ASOIU staff on the Novruz holiday and wished them success in their lives and endeavors.

Speaking about the achievements of the university in different areas over the last years, Rector Mustafa Babanli informed about the work to be done to resolve the existing issues and forthcoming plans.

Noting the rise in the admission rates in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. degrees, Rector Babanli said many measures are being implemented for the increase of the quality of training, development of the international cooperation, improvement of the material and technical base of the university, etc.

Faculty and department employees of the university expressed their gratitude to Rector, Professor Babanli and to the whole university management for their attention and care. They noted that they will continue putting all their efforts to help ASOIU reach its goals.

In conclusion, Rector Babanli once again congratulated all the academic staff members and students of ASOIU on the Novruz holiday. He expressed confidence that the university will achieve bigger success in the future.
