On May 12, the Azerbaijani-French University (UFAZ) under Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) held an Open Day event for all the interested high school (10-11th grades) students and their parents, as well as anyone willing to get in-depth knowledge about education process at UFAZ. 

Opening the event, UFAZ Director Vazeh Asgarov and Secretary General Charlotte Payen made presentations on the university. Then, Rector of ASOIU, Professor Mustafa Babanli provided comprehensive information on the admission process and educational programs of UFAZ.

At the end of the event, participants received answers to all their questions. Frequently asked questions were mainly about test samples on UFAZ website. While answering important questions, ASOIU Rector Mustafa Babanli mentioned that there are chances for every ASOIU student to be transferred to UFAZ and vice versa. In order to do that, selected ASOIU students will need to take a special adapted exam, followed by an interview in English.

Notably, around 250 people attended the Open Day.
