By the order of Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, Adilkhan Khalil Khalilov has been appointed Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).
ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli introduced Adilkhan Khalil Khalilov to the university staff. Rector Babanli said alongside improving the quality of training, administrative issues should also be solved accordingly. He underlined that the Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs takes serious responsibility in this process. Rector Babanli stated that broad experience of the new Vice-Rector in this area builds confidence that he will successfully handle this position.
Newly appointed Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs Adilkhan Khalilov expressed his gratitude to Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli for their trust and said that he will do his utmost to fulfill his tasks.
Notably, Adilkhan Khalil Khalilov has worked in various administrative positions for many decades. He has also worked as Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs at Azerbaijan Teachers Institute for more than 10 years. While working at Azerbaijan Teachers Institute, he was awarded the Taraggi medal for his services in the development of education in Azerbaijan by the Decree of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 7, 2009.
