Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli is attending THE Research Excellence Summit: Eurasia 2018 run by Times Higher Education, the world universities ranking magazine, in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

During the Summit held on 29-31 August, ASOIU Rector became familiar with the expertise of the top universities in the world, as well as held discussions on including ASOIU in their rankings.
