Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli is attending the Oil and Gas Forum which is being held at Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava National Technical University on September 5-6. An Oil and Gas Exhibition has also been organized within this scientific and technical event. 

Governor of Poltava oblast V.A. Golovko and Director of Ukranian State Center for International Education under Ministry of Education of Ukraine Y.A. Shapovalova attended the opening of the conference.  

Professor Mustafa Babanli's report on educational innovations at ASOIU caused a keen interest at the plenary session.
