On October 9, Azerbaijan State Oil Industry University (ASOIU) hosted the event on "Azerbaijan is my Motherland" by the support of Youth and Sports Ministry and Student Youth Organization's initiative. The event attended by National Hero Vahid Guliyev, Lieutenant-Colonel Elshan Garayev, Lieutenant-Colonel Elmar Huseynov, Captain Anar Mammadov, Member of the Council of State Support to NGOs Emin Hasanli, Adviser to the Chairman of the Union of Student Youth Organizations Hussein Babayev, Chairman of ASOIU Student Youth Organization Mugaddas Azizzade and students. Speakers made a speech about the courage and heroism demonstrated by our army and soldiers in the April fights and the solidarity of the Azerbaijani people during the fight. Guests called on the students to be patriots and fight for the liberation of our lands.

 At the end of the event, students received answers to their questions.
