The French delegation, participating in the 6th International Humanitarian Forum that has kicked off at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku on October 25, 2018, visited UFAZ on October 26.

The visit was conducted by UFAZ management, Director, Associate Professor Vazeh Askerov, Secretary General, Charlotte Payen, UFAZ Scientific expert Pierre Collet (Strasbourg University) and UFAZ Head of Educational Department Latifa Nasibova. From the French side, the participants were the President of the Public Policy and Communication Company, Jean de Belot, Professor of the Kavalier Plama Academy, Annie d'Esquerre, Director of Hermine Communication, Laurent Poultier du Mesnil and Ambassador of Astarte International and President of Club of Ambassadors and the New World Union, Jean-Daniel Tordjman.

After visiting UFAZ premises (including chemistry and physics laboratories), the guests received comprehensive information about UFAZ and the content of the education provided at the university: specialties, teaching methodologies, students and the quality approach of French Higher Education System in Sciences.

During the meeting, the French delegation members asked different questions about student admission process, connections between UFAZ and companies, and about future perspectives.

They expressed very positive impressions and feedbacks about the French-Azerbaijani University and noticed with high satisfaction the quality of the commitment and the support of Azerbaijani authorities to the development and modernization of Higher education.
