On November 21, rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Professor Mustafa Babanli met with the 2 students who will go to China for 2-week training within the framework of the “Seeds for the Future” project of Huawei-Azerbaijan company.

Speaking about the expansion of ASOIU's ties with foreign universities in the field of student exchange, rector, Professor M.Babanli touched upon the importance of passing internship abroad thanks to the exchange. Highly appreciating the activity of ASOIU students in the selections held by Huawei-Azerbaijan, rector M.Babanli at the same time noted the importance of enhancing of knowledge of young people in the field of IT. Rector M.Babanli recommended the students to represent our country decently and to return back to the homeland by gaining new experience and knowledge.

Note that 3 students of faculty of Information Technology and Management of ASOIU (ITM): Talibzadeh Leyla, Hajiyeva Nazrin and Kamilov Subhan will undertake two-week training at Huawei's headquarters from November 30 to December 16. Recall that the choice was made between the best students who study on technical specialties and interested in telecommunication in more than 200 universities around the world, and 10 students from different universities of Azerbaijan were given the opportunity to participate in the training.
