A delegation led by the rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli, attended a solemn meeting dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Ufa State Oil Technical University in Russia.

Making a speech at the meeting, rector of ASOIU, professor Mustafa Babanli congratulated the rector of Ufa State Oil Technical University R.N.Bakhtizi and the teaching staff on occasion of the 70th jubilee. Rector M.Babanli provided information about the long-standing cooperation between the two universities and wished these ties to be more strengthened in the future. He noted that the scientist, rector of USOTU, professor R.N.Bakhtizi graduated from ASOIU under the leadership of academician A. Mirzajanzade in Baku. R. Babanli noted that currently, R.N Bakhtizi is the co-chair of the Association of Russian and Azerbaijan universities.
