On December 3-6 within the framework of the holding inter-university events of the Azerbaijan-Russia Association of Higher Education Institutions, associate professor and 6 students of Ufa State Oil and Technical University were on a visit in Azerbaijan state Oil and Industry University on academic mobility program.

6 students studying on the program of "Technological Machines and Equipment" specialty of "Service technology of oil gas equipment operation", "Oil Gas Processing Equipment", "Perspective Materials and its Diagnostics in Structures", and associate professor of "Technological Machines and Equipment" department, Pyotr Kulakov, head of the Department for the Service of Oil and Gas Industry Facilities, visited different departments at ASOIU.

Within the framework of the program, a number of meetings were held at the faculty of Oil Mechanical Engineering. The dean of the faculty, associate professor Ali Hikmat Ahmadov spoke about the reforms carried out in the university under the leadership of the rector, professor Mustafa Babanli in the recent years, and also provided information about the structure of the faculty, the teaching staff, the student contingent, gained achievements with the application of innovative technologies in the direction of education, science, teaching-methodology implemented at the faculty.

The guests visited the University's Laser Center and got acquainted with the devices at the Scientific Research Laboratory of "Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies" operating under the faculty.

Within the framework of the program, the scientific-practical seminar on "Perspectives of Mutual Cooperation" was held with the teaching staff at the faculty.
