On December 11, the event dedicated to commemoration day of the national leader Haydar Aliyev was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

 

The national anthem was played at the beginning of the event that attended by ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, deputy Aydin Mirzazade, as well as academic staff members and students.

 

Making a speech at the event, rector of ASOIU, professor Mustafa Babanli spoke about the glorious life path and activity of the genius person. Saying that the revival of all spheres of the socio-political, economic and cultural life of the Azerbaijani people is the result of the far-sighted policy of Heydar Aliyev, rector Mustafa Babanli underlined the indispensable role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the establishment, development and recognition of the independent Azerbaijani state in the world.

 

Speaking about the historical services of Haydar Aliyev, Member of Parliament A.Mirzazade spoke about the great leader's reforms implemented in political, economic, scientific, educational and other spheres.

Saying that all the achievements of contemporary Azerbaijan are connected to the name of phenomenal stateman like Haydar Aliyev who bound up to the national values, MP A. Mirzazade highlighted the importance of his statehood experience and political heritage.
