On December 10, rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), professor Mustafa Babanli attended the First National Project Management Forum.

 The event was attended by Azad Jafarli, the head of the administration of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli vice president of BP and rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University Mustafa Babanli, Elmar Gasimov rector of the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), Tahir Mirkishili the deputy of the National Assembly and other distinguished guests.

President of the Azerbaijan Project Management Association Iqbal Babayev provided information about the project managers in the world and Azerbaijan, underlined that it is planned to hold this forum regularly every year.

 Making speech the event, ASOIU'S rector Mustafa Babanli noted the importance of the support to the development of project managers and spoke about the state support in this area.

In the forum professional project managers of the country's leading companies shared their experiences, established business contacts and gained a comprehensive knowledge of the international certification system.

Later, the event continued with panel meetings.
