On May 19, at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), an open lecture was held at the Department of Petrochemical Technology and Industrial Ecology of the Chemical Technology Faculty (CTF) on the subject "Fundamentals of Environmental and Toxicological Chemistry" as part of the "Visiting Professor" project. The lecture was conducted for second-year students specializing in Ecological Engineering, featuring a guest lecturer, Hamid Aga Malikov, Project Manager at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources - Geological Exploration Agency. The topic of the lecture was "Determination of the initial saturation limit of cumulation coefficient. Learning about toxic substances and their combined effects."

During the open lecture, Hamid Aga Malikov provided detailed information on methods for determining the initial solubility limit of the accumulation coefficient, learning about toxic substances and their combined effects, the body's adaptation to toxic substances, as well as the three phases of adaptation: initial reaction phase, development phase, and degradation phase. At the end, students' questions of interest were answered.
