Candidates admitted to Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University's master's level must register between the dates of 21.07.2023 and 31.07.2023. The registration must be done through the official platform, https://portal.edu.az. During registration, candidates should provide accurate personal information in the designated sections.
In addition to online registration, admitted students are also required to submit the following documents to the respective faculties of ASOIU:
Required documents are as follows:
1. Copy of identity card (4 copies);
2. Original diploma (for graduates of previous years). This year's graduates should have completed their bachelor's degree;
3. A copy of the military service card (or, for those exempted from military service, a certificate of initial military registration);
4. Curriculum vitae - 1 copy;
5. Health certificate (Form No. 86, with a coloured photo);
6. Photo (3x4 size, 6 pieces);
7. A copy of the birth certificate;
8. Receipt of payment confirming the settlement of tuition fees for self-paying students;
9. An electronic statement confirming the candidate's acceptance into the master's program;
10. Notarised documents for candidates eligible under particular circumstances, including martyrs' children and internally displaced, individuals deprived of parental rights, and Karabakh disabled.
