The International Conference on Theory and Application of Soft Computing, Computing with Words, Perception, and Artificial Intelligence (ICSCCW-2026), dedicated to the memory of Professor Lotfi Zadeh, will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, on August 25-26, 2026.
ICSCCW has been held every other year since 2001 to bring together scientists, engineers, and practitioners to exchange up-to-date knowledge and experience in the applications of Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence. This year, the thirteenth ICSCCW-2026 is jointly organized by the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) and the Zadeh Legacy and Artificial Intelligence Association, in cooperation with prestigious world scientific centers – the University of Texas (USA), Georgia State University (USA), the University of Alberta (Canada), the University of Toronto (Canada), the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Near East University (Republic of Cyprus), the University of Siegen (Germany), the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Georgian Academy of Sciences.
The sessions will focus on applications of Fuzzy Systems and AI, including fuzzy logic, neural computing, evolutionary computing, machine learning, probabilistic reasoning, chaos theory, and hybrid systems in engineering, economics, business, finance, and education. Applications to other areas are also welcome.
All accepted papers will be published in Springer’s series “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems”. This series is indexed by DBLP, EI Compendex, INSPEC, SCImago, SCOPUS, WTI AG, zbMATH, Google Scholar, and the Springer Nature link – all highly recognized platforms.
