Electronic Education and Monitoring



The Electronic Education and Monitoring Department is a structural unit that carries out the digital transformation of the educational process at the university and ensures the uninterrupted, secure, and efficient operation of LMS, electronic journals, and other related electronic platforms. The department manages the electronic learning environment, conducts digital monitoring of teaching and examination processes, ensures the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data, as well as provides user support and continuous improvement of processes. At the same time, it operates in the direction of supervision, analysis, reporting, and the implementation of innovative approaches in the field of electronic education within the university.

Main areas of activity

1. Management of the university’s electronic learning ecosystem, including LMS, electronic journal, online classes, assignments, and assessment modules, and ensuring their uninterrupted operation.

2. Ensuring the technical stability of electronic education systems, including updates, backup, recovery, performance optimization, and infrastructure monitoring.

3. Conducting monitoring of the educational process in the electronic environment, applying control mechanisms for schedules, attendance, use of resources, and teaching quality.

4. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring examination sessions from both electronic and organizational perspectives.

5. Maintaining records of data related to electronic teaching and examination processes, preparing analytical dashboards, reports, and risk-incident summaries.

6. Organizing user support for teachers and students on electronic systems and promptly responding to incoming requests.

7. Implementing innovative solutions in the field of electronic education and continuously improving systems and processes based on feedback.


Main responsibilities

1. Managing the parameters, user roles, and access rights of electronic learning platforms.

2. Supervising the secure, stable, and efficient operation of LMS, electronic journals, and related systems.

3. Monitoring the electronic learning process and preparing corrective measures for identified discrepancies.

4. Ensuring the coordination of exam schedules, formats, control mechanisms, and proctoring processes.

5. Ensuring the entry of exam results into the system, their prompt processing, analytical evaluation, and monitoring of appeal processes.

6. Supervising the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and confidentiality of data related to electronic education and monitoring.

7. Preparing monthly, semester-based, and annual reports, analytical references, and management summaries.

8. Ensuring the implementation of information security measures, monitoring audit logs, and maintaining continuity measures for emergencies.

9. Providing methodological and technical support to teachers, students, and relevant structural units.
