Job description:
🔹The Vice-Rector for General Affairs oversees general affairs within the university, including resolving issues related to faculties, departments, and other structural units.
🔹He coordinates security services in administrative buildings to ensure safety and leads the organization of civil defence activities.
🔹In addition, the Vice-Rector for General Affairs provides direct oversight and leadership for the university's archives, military conscription, and special service structures.
🔹He is responsible for the effective management of the university's international relations, faculty-student exchanges, and the education of international students in alignment with national interests and state traditions.
🔹Furthermore, the Vice-Rector handles administrative tasks, applications, complaints, and appeals, while also addressing any potential negative situations among university staff and students.
