Born on June 20, 1963, in Novruzlu village, Aghdam district. Graduated with distinction from Azerbaijan State Oil and Chemistry Institute. Has held various academic and administrative roles at the university since 1990.
Defended his PhD thesis in 2006 on “Intelligent Diagnostics of Asynchronous Motors.”
