Training on Establishing Effective Communication and Proper Management of Stakeholders Held at ASOIU

On December 19, a training session on the topic of "Establishing Effective Communication and Proper Management of Stakeholders" was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) by SOCAR Upstream Management International LLC, with the organization of the Alumni and Career Center.

The training was conducted with the participation of SUMI employees Shabnur Guliyeva and Samir Aliyev. It was organized based on PMP standards and took place in the format of real practical examples as well as interactive discussions.

The main purpose of the event was to instill in students the skills of establishing effective communication in project management and proper collaboration with stakeholders.
Within the framework of the training, participants were provided with detailed information about effective communication principles in accordance with PMP standards, proper management of stakeholders in projects, real project scenarios, and ways to reduce communication risks.

2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students of ASOIU and UFAZ, as well as students interested in project management and wishing to learn PMP fundamentals, participated in the event and asked their questions.
