Rüstəmov İlham
Dean, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor
Ilham Samil Rustamov was born in 1978 in Baku. He received his higher education at the Azerbaijan Technical University, Faculty of Engineering Business and Management.
He currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at ASOIU. Over the years, he has held various academic and administrative positions and gained experience in teaching and management.
His research focuses on innovation activities in industrial sectors. He is the author of more than 50 scientific articles and several teaching materials.
He participated in the Horizon 2020 program as a “Campaigner” and took part in academic exchange within the Erasmus+ program at the University of Alcalá (Spain).
