Three graduates of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University were elected municipal members. ASOIU's SABAH graduate in 2017 on the specialty of " Electric Power Engineering" Murshudlu Huseyin was elected a member of Takla municipality of Masalli district, SABAH graduate in 2018 Sabirli Sabir on the specialty of "Oil and gas engineering" the member of Gachagkend municipality of Neftchala district, SABAH graduate in 2019 Huseynov Kablahuseyin on the specialty of "Oil and Gas Equipment Engineering” the member of Zira municipality.

Notably, ASOIU's SABAH Group Coordinator Elshan Zeynalov has been elected a member of Fatmayi municipality.
