 On February 26, Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli and academic staff of the university visited the monument "Mother's Cry" in connection with the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide. Flowers were laid at the monument erected in memory of the victims of the tragedy in capital`s Khatai district and honored the memory of our martyrs.

Notably, various events are held at ASOIU on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, as well as an exhibition has been organized at the AzII E-Book House in connection with this. Along with a large number of traditional books, the exhibition contains new publications about the Khojaly genocide.
