ASOIU's staff visited Khojaly genocide memorial

The Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), professor Mustafa Babanli and the academic staff of the University have visited the Khojaly genocide memorial on the 31st anniversary of the bloody tragedy. Flowers were laid at the memorial and paid tribute to Khojaly victims.
