On April 6, training was held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) within the Development marathon project. 

Opening the seminar, Sakit Samadov, ASOIU rector's advisor on University-Industrial Cooperation and Alumni Affairs, welcomed the participants and spoke about the importance of such training in students' acquisition of science, knowledge, higher results, as well as strengthening students' motivation. 

Then Rufat Hasanov, CEO of Motivator Azerbaijan, talked about the role of motivation in our lives, Jala Bahramova, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Shane Academy Azerbaijan, spoke about the role of a foreign language in personal development, and Elkhan Sultanli, entrepreneur, the business consultant about five basics of personal growth and shared own experience in personal development. 

In the end, the students ' questions were answered.
