On May 8-12, Sabina Gurbanova, a teacher of the Foreign Languages Department of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), taught English II (Advanced) at the University of Alcala in Spain within the Erasmus+ program.

During the working visit, Sabina Gurbanova made a presentation on the history, culture and international reputation of Azerbaijan in front of the students and academic staff, at the same time, gave detailed information about the activities of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.

She taught to develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through different tasks using different methods. As part of the exchange program, classes were conducted based on a combination of domestic and foreign experience.

During her visit to Spain, S. Gurbanova held meetings with employees of the International Relations Department of the University of Alcala, the General Coordinator of Erasmus projects, and the head of the International Relations Department. Possible cooperation opportunities between ASOIU and the University of Alcala were discussed.
