Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) has been ranked 434th in the "QS Europe World University Ranking 2024," positioning it among the top European universities.

According to the information provided by QS World Ranking, ASOIU has also secured the 22nd place in the "Western Asia 2024" ranking, which features the best universities in Asia.

It's worth noting that ASOIU has distinguished itself in this year's QS ranking for its employment indicators, ranking 271st worldwide and holding 1st place in Azerbaijan. It's important to emphasize that ASOIU's primary objectives as an institution of higher education include preparing highly qualified engineering professionals and evolving into a research university. It's no coincidence that the number of articles published by ASOIU scholars in world academic databases and renowned scientific journals, along with citations, has been increasing yearly. In the past year alone, our colleagues have published 350 scientific articles in globally recognized databases such as "Scopus" and "Web of Science."
